WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN 35 YEARS OF CAR BUYING. SALES WITH TOO BUSY TO ANSWER QUESTION AFTER THE INITAL PAPERWORK, AND SEEMED LIKE THE ONLY PERSON ON THE FLOOR WORKING. MANAGERS TREATED ME WITH D SALES WITH TOO BUSY TO ANSWER QUESTION AFTER THE INITAL PAPERWORK, AND SEEMED LIKE THE ONLY PERSON ON THE FLOOR WORKING. MANAGERS TREATED ME WITH DISRISECT. THE REST OF THE SALES STAFF STOOD AROUND THE SHOWROOM IN A GROUP CHATTING AND PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES. SERVICE WAS HELPFUL, BUT VERY SLOW. FINANCE WAS VERY GOOD AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS LISTED AT A GOOD PRICE CONSIDERING THE MARKET. I RECOMMEND GANLEY SEND THEIR TEAM TO JAY HONDA AND GET SOME TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

I had an excellent experience. Jeff Smith and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite. I got to test drive a few cars and found one I really liked.
