From the person at the front desk to Jacob who detailed my new car to perfection and showed me all the features. Ali was patient, honest, understanding, and overall great to be around! He makes you feel comfortable and never pressured me. Everything he did was professional and accommodating. Thanks again Ali! We will definitely be recommending YOU and Ganley Honda! More

Everything was great...until they got our money! We went to this dealership to see specific used cars, even called ahead to have them ready to be seen. The initial person we talked to was not present We went to this dealership to see specific used cars, even called ahead to have them ready to be seen. The initial person we talked to was not present, we were shafted off to another person who knew nothing about the vehicles we were seeing. We found a vehicle we loved quickly. Once they had our deposit to hold it, the customer service quickly disappeared. No phone calls, no communication without us calling them multiple times, phone calls to management that were never returned, and even rudeness and lack of professionalism from the lady doing the title. We were promised repairs would be done on the car and we would be able to have the car in 2 days. 7 days later we had to make several more calls to the salesmen and managers to get the car. Nothing was done until we called and asked questions. They clearly did not care about us. We had even traded in our vehicle and still didn’t have the one we purchased in our possession. We will never be buying here again we will make sure our friends don’t either! More

Quick and efficient I stopped in for a few minor problems. First was tire pressure. That was taken care of in a few minutes. My next issue was my wiper fluid.
