Service appt for a system code error My vehicle would not start on multiple occasions and the message on the dash said it was due to a brake system error. I brought my car in for service My vehicle would not start on multiple occasions and the message on the dash said it was due to a brake system error. I brought my car in for service and after running various diagnostic tests they determined it was a faulty battery and replaced it immediately and at no charge. I’m very pleased with Ganleys service and that of my service advisor Michael Landino. More

A very good experience I was pleased with the service I recieved. The authorized work was completed in a very timely fashion. Dishonest There was a miscommunication regarding lease terms, 10k per year vs 12k. The difference of monthly payment was to to be $12 per month, $588 over the There was a miscommunication regarding lease terms, 10k per year vs 12k. The difference of monthly payment was to to be $12 per month, $588 over the term of the lease. They wanted me to pay half, I said no. They managed to find a way to make me pay $425 of that on the back end. Supposedly the “gave” me some tire warranty worth $425 for free. I’m not sure exactly how I got it free when it increased my gross capitalized cost for the vehicle. I called to ask for an explanation and no one could return my calls, I left 3 messages. Only after my sales person calling to follow up (who was great by the way) did I get a call back. The finance guy was rude, condescending, and explained nothing Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone and I regret going there. More
