Good Times at Honda ‘Twas a night with a moon so thick. I had just pulled out from a hard days work. I galavant my way merrily to Honda where my Fit is scheduled to be lu ‘Twas a night with a moon so thick. I had just pulled out from a hard days work. I galavant my way merrily to Honda where my Fit is scheduled to be lubed up. I am greeted by a man who tells me of a tale of the great wind storm of 2019. The Bob Evans sign across the street had buckled to Mother Nature’s wrath. I walked inside the service center and was serviced to maximum potential with a firm hand shake and poignant eye contact. The man took my keys and I was escorted to the coffee place where I filled my cup. I watched some politics on the tube in the room that enticed my mind with a daily dose of political educating. After exactly 23 minutes the man arrived to notify me of my cars completion. I gave him some plastic to swipe and in return he gave me the plastic back with some paper stating all the details of the evening events. We exchanged a few more conversational formalities until it seemed proper for me to leave the premises. I got in my car, adjusted my seat of course, and left. It was just another routine oil change at Honda. Easy peasy lemon squeezy and you can count on that. More

She listened to my situation, and was respectful of my timeline and plan. I was dreading the finance upsells, but Dave was open and honest and we got it done quickly. I waited for about an hour for the service to be complete (oil/filter change, tire rotation, etc.). Everything went as well as could be expected—Michael was helpful and professional. However, after I left, my low tire pressure light came on about a mile away from the dealership—when I checked it, one tire was sitting at 28 psi, despite the documentation indicating each tire was at 32. Not a huge deal, but I had to refill it. More
