I dropped the car off the night before and hoped they can get to it by end of day. As typical, by the time I arrive early to work, I am already getting a report on the maintenance. "my oil change is partially covered (recall) and we are test driving the car for the brakes" The end result is that they did the correct amount of work and did not overcharge in any way. In fact, went out of their way to make sure I understood the scope of the work. They followed up many times to make sure I was a happy with the work. More
