I see 5 stars all over for dealership. I took 2 different cars on two different days to the dealership. One was an 2016 Civic with 30k miles, the other was a 2018 Civic with 59k miles. I took them to Ganley Honda in North Olmsted for the "Fuel in oil" Recall and the A/C Condenser recall. After getting my cars back from them, I found out both cars had 6 quarts of oil in the crankcase, They should have 3.75 qts. They had to take the front end of the cars off to replace the A/C Condensers. Both cars were not reassembled proberly. Screws, and clips were missing on both. The bumpers were not put on correctly. They broke one of my blickers and tried to pass it off as OK. By the time I got home, the blinker was hanging by the wires. They knew they broke the clips, but having no integrity, they tried to leave it in that manner. When they lifted the car, they did NOT use the "Lifting Tabs" provided by Honda. They boke the plastic underneath next to the lifting tabs. Shortly after leaving the dealership, "BOTH" batteries needed to be replaced. I have a 2013 Tundra that has the "Original" Battery in it. Funny how after leaving this dealership, both batteries needed replacement. One was 2 yrs old, the other 4 yrs old. They were fine "Before" I took the car in for service. Mind you, my Tundra battery is 9 yrs old and still fine, although I have NEVER taken it there for service. In addition to all that, they even managed to "Dent" my 2018 Civic. Of course they deny it, of course. Being retired and not driving much anymore, I did not get a chance to try out the A/C on the 2018 until a couple month ago when I had to take our cat to the vet. They "Supposedly" fixed it in Sept. 2021, (59k miles), Now July 2022 it has (64k miles). I needed A/C because it was 90 outside. Well as it turned out, Ganley Honda screwed up my A/C as well. I called Honda Corp and told them about my experiences at Ganley and that I needed to take the car somewhere else, which I did.. As it turned out the new Dealership, "Great Lakes Honda of Elyria" inspected my A/C unit and found Ganely put too much Freon in the system and caused it to shutdown from too much pressure. Funny, TOO much Oil, TOO much Freon. Can they do ANYTHING correctly??? If you want even more headaches than you had originally, then go ahead and use Ganley Honda of North Olmsrted. Thank God Honda Corporate allowed me to take the car to another dealership to have fixed "Correctly" without charge ! I had told Ganley about the A/C not working correctly and "Of Course", they refused to stand behind their terrible work. They would not even return my call. I tried calling the "General Manager" for the dealership and got the same reaction. This is the WORSE xxxx POOR Dealership I have ever experienced !!! ANYBODY that had their oil changed by this dealership needs to "Drain" it out. You cannot tell by the dip stick that there might be 6 quarts of oil in the crackcase. It just shows "over full", not how much over full it is. You could easily blow a seal or your motor driving around with 3 quarts too many in your engine. More

He found what I wanted right off the assembly line in a very challenging car buying/finding environment. Thought I would have to settle, but got exactly what I wanted. Bobby has sold a minimum of 9 cars to my family and friends, and it always been a winning experience!!!! More
