"Did not meet my expectations" are you kidding ? You people could not have done a worse job on not only 1 but both my cars ant different times. That tells me, you do this to everybodies cars. You people are precisely why I do not like taking my vehicles to the dealer. You people caused me more problems AFTER I left your service department than I had when I went in, I am sure it is because of your tecnicians that BOTH my batteries died shortly after being in your service department. Funny how they both went within a week. My truck which has, thank God, never been to your service department, still has origial battery from 2013. Your tech knew xxxx well he broke the clips on my front blinker, but did not have the integrity to admit it. Your service manager does NOT follow up on his techs, so he had know idea of what they are dong out there. Your techs did NOT use the lifting tabs under my cars, so hence, all the plastic underneath is broken. They dented my 2018 while it was on the lift. The mounting tabs for the bumpers were broken in various areas, Then because I drive so little now and rarely use the A/C, it was not until this summer that I used it after being at your service department, that I needed it. As it turned out, the "Condenser" replacement was done, of course, Half-xxx. Your unsupervised dufiss techs put 25% too much freon in the system, causing an over-pressure switch to shut off the system. Naturely, your xxxx-poor dealership would NOT live up to their screw-ups and not even contact me back after I called about it. Believe me, I told Honda Corporate my experience with your TERRIBLE Service Department and that I did not want to go back to you guys for ANYTHING. At first they said I should take it back to the dealer that screwed it up. Thank God you people ignored me, I REALLY REALLY did not want to take my car back to you guys even for a wash. Jesus, what problems would I have if I let you get your hands on one of my vehicles again. Screws and clips were missing, bumpers not put back on properly. Lights turned on that you must manually climb to in order to turn them on(Light in back seat). Ones I NEVER use. You people try to create more work by screwing with your customers. You people put 6 quarts of oil in both my cars, on different appointments. It's got to be commom place for that to happen. Jesus, should I keep going or is that enough. Not up to my expectations, please! What should have my expectattions been, that I would get my car back in one piece, almost the way it was BEFORE I brought it in. Gees, I guess I should have expected it to be all F**ked Up. Then I would have been satisfied. rsr648@centurytel.net You said you did not have my email address, well there it is.
