I have been coming to Ganley since I purchased my Pilot (Aug 2015) and this last visit was the same if not better than the first visit because people I have been coming to Ganley since I purchased my Pilot (Aug 2015) and this last visit was the same if not better than the first visit because people at Ganley takes very good care of customers. James Zappitelli and Ed Stein are among the most professional folks that I have met at a dealership for service!! Very thorough, always explain the situation properly and do a good job. Service Dept, TERRIBLE !! I came to Ganley looking for a used Honda. I explained that I wanted to keep my payments $300 per month or less. I was scammed into buying a protecti I came to Ganley looking for a used Honda. I explained that I wanted to keep my payments $300 per month or less. I was scammed into buying a protective coating for both interior and exterior along with some dent protection, which I didn't know about. I later found spots and little pit marks on the hood and scratches on the car. I brought the car back for them to look at and Patrick said there was nothing he could do. My son went to pick up the car and see if they cleaned it, and found it parked outside, NEVER detailed and the protective coating not even applied on the inside. He was yelled at by a sales manager and treated very bad. After many phone calls, finally Ed Stein helped more than anyone else. Car still has the spots on the hood, but he did make sure it was detailed properly. I think Patrick could have been more professional and honest !! I have only driven the car twice, and I bought a $ 2700 service plan, but I think my nightmare is just beginning with Ganley !! I WOULD NOT recommend Ganley Honda to anyone!! Donald S Paxton.. More
