When it came to financing it was below my expectations. I wasn’t entirely comfortable with the proposal, but said I’d see the numbers they were able to get when it came to the lenders. They weren’t open to looking at other lenders other than Honda, and weren’t completely transparent on how they were getting the ranges of payments (didn’t show assumptions). They assumed I was ready to buy the car and it was very confusing. We finally got to what I was looking for with a lender outside of Honda that was able to make the deal work. The process took so long - I was there from 10:30 to 5pm, and it was very uncomfortable taking that long being pregnant on top of it. After I was able to talk to the finance manager we worked everything out, and everyone was extremely friendly. I probably won’t be returning after this lease is up - I value transparency and timeliness. More
