I mainly worked with Bobby Ross, who helped me with returning my old lease early and starting a new lease. He made me feel very comfortable in all steps of the process and was extremely helpful. Car shopping is always so stressful to me but he made me forget all about that. I expected to come in and just look at cars and maybe talk numbers, but I ended up leaving with a new car! He really made the entire process super easy. I'm happy with the deal we agreed on and Bobby definitely went out of his way to help with returning my previous lease, as well. I'll definitely be reaching out to him when my current lease ends. More

Love my 2014 Honda Civic! I had my 2014 Honda Civic in for preventive care. The air conditioner needed a new part. I was given a loaner car for my use during the day and my car I had my 2014 Honda Civic in for preventive care. The air conditioner needed a new part. I was given a loaner car for my use during the day and my car was ready the next day. It's working great! A little pricey, but I trust the skill of the mechanics, so in the end it's worth it to me. My service advisor, James Zappitelli, once again provided great help from beginning to end. James ALWAYS is there for the customer. In fact, James is the reason I bought my 2018 Odyssey from Ganley rather than in my home state of FL as he was providing the same outstanding service for my 2015 Odyssey while visiting in OH. More
