Great Sales Team Horrible Management We had an excellent saleswoman (Karen) who did everything she could to find a solution, however the manager that was on duty at the time was very rude We had an excellent saleswoman (Karen) who did everything she could to find a solution, however the manager that was on duty at the time was very rude, unprofessional, and it was obvious he considered us a waste of his time. Our vehicle we were trying to trade-in had a sticker on the door with a different vin number than the hood (news to us as well) and rather than check both vin numbers, he only used the doors number to justify classifying our car as a junk car and offering us next to nothing for the trade. When i realized that they only checked the door and not the hood, I went to them to ask if they had checked the other and his response was "I already knew it was not worth the effort." It's a shame such a great sales staff is lead by such a poor and unprofessional manager. More

The customer lounge provides a pleasant place to wait--and coffee and cookies, too! I still need the Vehicle Emission Recall Proof of Correction certificate--I forgot to ask for that yesterday. Deceitful...Dishonest Purchasing your first car ever came with a huge life lesson; obtain outside financing. Spending more than three hours at a dealership while they play Purchasing your first car ever came with a huge life lesson; obtain outside financing. Spending more than three hours at a dealership while they play the game of how much can you afford to pay per month instead of discussing financing percentages, the outcome of your financing options and then, charging you for a bumper-to-bumper protection plan of almost $3,000 WITHOUT ever discussing it with you, just sneaking it in your loan paperwork is just the most dishonest, ridiculous way of doing business. We will never purchase another vehicle from your dealership. The protection plan that you said we had to have was never required by the loan company; they have their own protection plan products. You quickly refunded that plan money after I called everyday for three days trying to get the charges reversed. The process was exhausting and when you aren't familiar with car purchasing, maybe if you just spent some extra time educating instead of screwing, you may have gained a life long customer instead of an enemy who will never refer a Honda purchasing person to your dealership. More
