Great Customer Service and going the extra mile While there for a normal oil change, I usually like to try to get some work done and normally the WiFi is great, but for some reason on this day, the While there for a normal oil change, I usually like to try to get some work done and normally the WiFi is great, but for some reason on this day, the WiFi signal strength was almost non-existent. When another person and I brought it up to the staff, they provided us with a Verizon hotspot (MiFi) that we could borrow while we were there and it worked great!
