First time at this service center and I will come back. I purchased a new CR-V in April. Caught a stone that broke one of my fog lamps. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed. They check parts and I purchased a new CR-V in April. Caught a stone that broke one of my fog lamps. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed. They check parts and had to order it. I received a call the following day that the part was in. I made my appointment, brought the car in about a half hour early. They took me in right away and I was out in a hour and a half. Great service. More

It is always a great experience at Ganley Honda. I have taken my car to Ganley Honda since I bought it in December 2012. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I feel welcome. They always explain what I have taken my car to Ganley Honda since I bought it in December 2012. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I feel welcome. They always explain what my car needs and I feel confident I am taking care of it for a long life. Even when I just come in for a car wash, I feel at home. Last time, Jame came out and helped dry my car! Wow! He explained why they cannot have a dryer because of city ordinances. Thanks for your great customer service. More

Very personable!!! Jake was an extreme pleasure to work with! Since we were referred to him, he made sure that our experience buying our very own first car was easy, and Jake was an extreme pleasure to work with! We went in one week and were not able to get into the car we had inquired about, but 2 weeks later got into an even better one that was even more affordable!
