A note of warning: Everything moves really fast once you get into finance. Probably my fault for not asking enough questions or slowing things down to look at everything that was being put in front of me to sign. While I was told what I was signing, there was no explanation about the financing - just that it existed. Again, I should have slowed things down. But the energy in the finance room, while kind and friendly, could offer more opportunity for discussion rather than pointing out where to sign. Maybe the individual who had me sign paperwork thought I already knew the details? More

We usally hate the car buying process We really do not like buying a car with a dealer. Sometimes the process is so bad that you want to go home and shower just to get the slime off you. LOL HOWEVER, we knew that Ganley Honda has a top notch sales person in Tiffany Kruzer and felt confident that she would do all she could to make our purchase a pleasant experience. That was exactly the case! While it is only day 4 of owning our new Pilot, we are enjoying it. We look forward to our "training" session with Jacob this coming Monday. (so many features on the Pilot!) We are going on a long road trip and feel confident that the Honda Pilot was a great choice for us. Thank you Tiffany!!! More
