A note of warning: Everything moves really fast once you get into finance. Probably my fault for not asking enough questions or slowing things down to look at everything that was being put in front of me to sign. While I was told what I was signing, there was no explanation about the financing - just that it existed. Again, I should have slowed things down. But the energy in the finance room, while kind and friendly, could offer more opportunity for discussion rather than pointing out where to sign. Maybe the individual who had me sign paperwork thought I already knew the details? More

I gave her my info and the stock # of the car I was interested in. Showed up for my appointment the car was ready. There was no gimmicks or fine print. The sale was exactly as advertised. Tiffany was friendly, organized and professional. The finance guys were also top notch. I was in and out very quickly. And the people that prepped the car did outstanding work. The car was spotless.
