Regular service plus bad A/C Besides needing regular service on my 2018 Civic, my A/C went bad during the hottest days of late June. Was able to get it scheduled in before the July 4th holiday. Took a few hours, but not as long as expected. Condenser was serviced under warranty. Took advantage of their Customer Waiting area and Wifi, and took care of some work while I waited. Service rep kept me up to date the whole way. Everything that was supposed to get done got done. No mistakes or disappointments. More

Then when car wasn’t ready gave me a ride home and pick-up when service was complete. Jim explained the car repair took longer than expected, but I was never inconvenienced.
