Bobby was a very friendly salesman. We really liked him. The only thing that really upset us was that after patiently waiting over a month for the car we ordered, we were informed t We really liked him. The only thing that really upset us was that after patiently waiting over a month for the car we ordered, we were informed that our monthly payment would go up because the value of our turn in went down during that time period. We learned this right before we were going to leave with our new car. This seemed very shady. Thankfully Bobby took care of the situation for us. This was our 4th lease from this dealership. All we want to do is be treated fairly. We felt like someone was trying to pull a fast one over on us so this will definitely affect where we lease from in the future. More
