They never pushed me to do any extra service which I greatly appreciate as that was an issue for me at another Honda dealership. Thanks to everyone. More

1st honda lease Assisting my grandson with his 1st new car. Inquired on line, got a quick phone call back and a good lease quote over the phone. It was worth the 45 Assisting my grandson with his 1st new car. Inquired on line, got a quick phone call back and a good lease quote over the phone. It was worth the 45 mile drive .got a sign and drive honda civic sport and drove it home same day. About 3 hrs total at dealership. I've done about a dozen cars with Ganley Mercedes, always treated fairly. More
Love my new car I went in to Ganley Honda to lease a new Civic. The process was painless and I ended up with a great car that I adore. Our salesman was friendly and answered all our questions. My only complaint is that I went in for the advertised Civic lease deal of $169.00 per month. My credit was run (which is excellent) and our salesman came back with a piece of paper stating our payment would be $249.00. I asked about the difference and was told that included licensing fees, etc. While I find this to be a reasonable explanation, I wish I would have asked to see the breakdown to avoid feeling like I fell for a bait and switch. More

I took a chance and stopped in at Ganley Honda in North Olmsted to see if I could get squeezed in on a very busy Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised when they said that it could be done. While waiting for the job to be i sat in a very comfortable and well equipped (coffee, soda, tv, newspaper) area of the dealership. The servive was completed in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. More

When I checked in for the replacement the service rep noted that there was a recall of the shift lever. Techs turned the entire job around and washed my car in one hour. Incredible. More
