Michael gave me great customer service I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Immediately, Michael was greeting me as I was exiting my car and then he proceeded to I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Immediately, Michael was greeting me as I was exiting my car and then he proceeded to get me checked in at the service desk. He explained how long I would be in the waiting room and he was true to his word. He advised me that we needed to change the engine filter and the cabin heating/AC filter. He showed me both dirty filters, and appreciated that. Michael gave me great customer service. I want to keep my Honda a long time and I will keep coming back. Thank you! More

Went in for general maintenance- oil change I went in for an oil change and was told I needed new back breaks and rotors. Thank goodness the breaks and rotors were still under warranty. I aske I went in for an oil change and was told I needed new back breaks and rotors. Thank goodness the breaks and rotors were still under warranty. I asked wasn’t it odd that a car with around 27000 miles and less than 3 years old would need breaks and rotors already and I was told that the civic has been having issues with them rusting. I asked why they don’t let customers know and I was told they don’t need to let customers know unless of a recall. I guess you’re just hoping customers don’t find out until after the warranty expires. I wasn’t too happy, especially since I lease the car and you would think if there was an issue like that you would let people know. More

Not a good time for this situation to take place due to my Mom in the hospital being POA. It was informed ,"That there was no time period and all the other cars were gone for me to use." I was very uptight but, I went to the dealership to get my car cared for. With my prior 3 Honda's I've never experienced any problems except for the normal care. This is car is four months from when I've had it. I was going to give it a couple hours before I spoke about needing to get a car to get to the hospital. I dealt with Wendy Fees and I told her about my Mom but, nothing was said. An hour and 15 minutes later I was contacted by Wendy and informed, "that my car was ready." I was so pleased and took three deep breaths. I have ALWAYS been had magnificent treatment and service with the service department. With ALL the times dealing with Wendy, she know her job and customer service to be happy to have to come to the service department!!! More
