My wife and I are in the market for a new 2023 Pilot, after checking around most dealerships were selling them at MSRP or above so it was just a matter of finding one available. I contacted Ken Ganley Honda and spoke to Cam Smith. My wife and I stopped in one evening, they looked over our trade in and it just came down to who could get us one. Cam said they could get one in 2 weeks. I wanted to check with another dealership we stopped at to see if they could do better. I told Cam I was going to make a decision the next day. The next day I texted Cam to see if he could get me the build sheet on the Pilot they had coming in. I got no response. The next day he texted me back saying he left his phone at work so that's why he didn't respond and that he would get me that information right away. That was the last I heard from him and that was six days ago. I guess Ken Ganley Honda can afford to just leave potential customers hanging for nearly a week. This was the easiest sale they could have made yet Cam was not interested in providing me the information he promised. When you look at their website there is no listing of employees but I sent a general email to the administration a few days after. I still haven't heard back. Needless to say we made our purchase from another dealership and will not be using Ken Ganley Honda for any future business. More
The service department provides an excellent experience, including check in (Wendy is terrific) a nice waiting area with snacks/coffee, reasonable service prices. As far as sales, would not purchase a car from Ganley Honda due to the "Additional Dealer Profit" that's tacked on to most of its new cars. I'm pretty sure Honda does not approve of this practice, but Ganley, during this period of low new car inventory, can get away with it. Leaves a sour taste But would absolutely recommend the service dept. More

My service rep kept me informed of my car's progress and I was out the door in just over an hour! More
I took my CRV in because the malfunction light stayed on for a few days. Around that same time I noticed that there was a plastic screw loose by the gas cap. I tried pushing it back in, but my fingers weren for a few days. Around that same time I noticed that there was a plastic screw loose by the gas cap. I tried pushing it back in, but my fingers weren't strong enough. I asked Mr. Landino (in Service) if that loose screw could be the reason for the light to stay on. He assured me that "NO" that wouldn't be the reason. So I agreed to a diagnostic test for $160, which he said showed a EVAP leak. However, when we went to check, the malfunction icon was gone, the plastic screw was pushed in, and the car was OK. All this without having done anything to it except "someone" had pushed in the plastic screw. So, basically, Mr. Landino either deliberate lied or he didn't know. Either way, I payed $160 for something that was completely unnecessary. I complained, but to no avail. I guess, it's easy to deceive old ladies. That is NOT good service. More

Online scheduling was easy and convenient, check-upon arrival was simple, waiting room (and wifi) was clean and comfortable, service took slightly le Online scheduling was easy and convenient, check-upon arrival was simple, waiting room (and wifi) was clean and comfortable, service took slightly less time than expected (even with a tire that unexpectedly needed patched), and James in Service Dept was great at explaining everything. Great experience today - thank you! More
