Michael gave me great customer service I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Immediately, Michael was greeting me as I was exiting my car and then he proceeded to I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Immediately, Michael was greeting me as I was exiting my car and then he proceeded to get me checked in at the service desk. He explained how long I would be in the waiting room and he was true to his word. He advised me that we needed to change the engine filter and the cabin heating/AC filter.
