Informed adjuster that I take my CRV to Ganley because they know Honda's and they know my vehicle. I am confident that they will replace my original parts with Honda parts and not aftermarket parts. One day after service, check engine light is on Had my car serviced on Friday for an oil change, tire rotation, Inspection, and 2 recalls. Staff was extremely nice and didn’t charge me for the tire Had my car serviced on Friday for an oil change, tire rotation, Inspection, and 2 recalls. Staff was extremely nice and didn’t charge me for the tire rotation since my tires are shot and need replaced before winter. Day after, I turn my car on and the check engine light is on for “emissions system problem”. I now have to take the car back in. Disappointed considering the multi-point inspection revealed no issues. I called on Monday to inquire as to what the recalls were that were fixed, and it the issue had something to do with those. I spoke with Hayden (I think) who indicated that the recalls wouldn’t cause this error. However, all I know is I took the car in for service, and the next time I used it something had gone wrong. More
