One day after service, check engine light is on Had my car serviced on Friday for an oil change, tire rotation, Inspection, and 2 recalls. Staff was extremely nice and didn’t charge me for the tire Had my car serviced on Friday for an oil change, tire rotation, Inspection, and 2 recalls. Staff was extremely nice and didn’t charge me for the tire rotation since my tires are shot and need replaced before winter. Day after, I turn my car on and the check engine light is on for “emissions system problem”. I now have to take the car back in. Disappointed considering the multi-point inspection revealed no issues. I called on Monday to inquire as to what the recalls were that were fixed, and it the issue had something to do with those. I spoke with Hayden (I think) who indicated that the recalls wouldn’t cause this error. However, all I know is I took the car in for service, and the next time I used it something had gone wrong. Excellent customer service I called to confirm they had the exact vehicle, trim & color I was looking for & had a new vehicle 2 hours later (and I live an hour away). They had me send my credit check, insurance and drivers license electronically on the drive over and I spent under 20 minutes waiting for my car to be detailed and I was out of there! So so happy.
