Complaint; Lack of Integrity I opted to give the business to this dealership chichis 45 minutes away instead of one very close to my home. I placed a deposit on a Honda Odyssey th I opted to give the business to this dealership chichis 45 minutes away instead of one very close to my home. I placed a deposit on a Honda Odyssey that I was to lease. It was a gift for my wife's birthday.I completed the credit app-no problem-good credit. I called the salesperson-Karen-to tell her I wanted to pick the car up in a day or two instead of the 3rd week of October (two weeks later). She told me the car was sold..The dealership took a much higher offer on the car and did not hold it as promised. It was the last one in stock with the equipment and color my wife wanted. There are no more in a 500 mile radius. What happened when a handshake and your word meant something? What happened to integrity, honor and doing the right thing? I understand about profit a sales quotas. I also understand good business from bad business. This is how car salesman get a reputation they do not want or need. I am sorry to see a dealership and a friend operate in this manner. I am going back to Rick Case Honda. More
