Good BUT with some problems ..... see below. My service was completed on a timely basis and your service writer was good. BUT ..... after my service which included tire rotation, my TPMS light My service was completed on a timely basis and your service writer was good. BUT ..... after my service which included tire rotation, my TPMS light came on. I reset it and it shortly came on again. The next morning I checked my tire pressures with my very accurate gauge and found the pressures varied from 29.5 to 30.5 in my heated garage. They should have read at least 33 PSI. I inflated my tires to 33 PSI ..... which is what they should be ..... in my heated garage (62 degrees F) reset the TPMS and the light went out ..... and stayed out. I then stopped back a Ganley and discussed this with the service writer and suggested that he should look into the accuracy of the mechanics tire pressure gauge ..... he said he would More

When I moved to Cleveland last year, I was told about Ganl Ganley Honda is the best dealership I have worked with since Coggin Honda in Jacksonville. When I moved to Cleveland last year, I was told about Ganley from my warranty company. They even had great reviews about this place. I'm glad I listened to them because since I started here, there have been no complaints. I met James on my first trip here, and he's helped me out through each of my oil changes. We've had maintenance and upkeep with other portions of the Accord throughout the year. When I pulled out the garage yesterday, the car was riding as smooth as it was when I first bought it. This is due to the recommendations of James and the service center. I can't thank them enough for a 5 year old car running like it's brand new. Special thanks to the service center as well for getting the work done as quickly and good as you did. I did not expect all of that work to be done within two hours!
