Excellent Car Buying Experience - Until We Got to Financing I had a fairly good idea of exactly what I wanted. I test drove a model that had more features - just in case I changed my mind. Tiah was an excelle I had a fairly good idea of exactly what I wanted. I test drove a model that had more features - just in case I changed my mind. Tiah was an excellent salesperson - friendly, not pushy, explained the features and what inventory was available. She thoroughly reviewed the information about the vehicle we chose. She brought out the service manager to talk with us - I am extremely pleased with the vehicle I purchased (without extra features) and would work with Tiah again. I have A+ credit - my issues with financing have NOTHING to do with not getting a loan. I did NOT appreciate the survey we were asked to fill out by financing before we could go back and meet with them - when we asked what it was, we were told it was to help Ganley to know what our needs were. It was really to prep the finance person to know what to try to hard sell us on for add-ons. There should be more explanation and up front information when Tim sticks an iPad in a customer's face and they are told to just answer the questions. I do not appreciate a hard sell on maintenance plans and other additional costs after I have declined. No should suffice - repeated NO should definitely suffice - not attempts at manipulations and "but, but, but". I also did not like not knowing what the percentage rate I was going to be offered was until the very last minute - because I could have found a lower rate than what Ganley finance found for me. I did find a lower rate two days later. I should have secured my own financing before I walked in - and just bought and walked. That's probably what I will do next time - because I would work with TIah again. More

Good BUT with some problems ..... see below. My service was completed on a timely basis and your service writer was good. BUT ..... after my service which included tire rotation, my TPMS light My service was completed on a timely basis and your service writer was good. BUT ..... after my service which included tire rotation, my TPMS light came on. I reset it and it shortly came on again. The next morning I checked my tire pressures with my very accurate gauge and found the pressures varied from 29.5 to 30.5 in my heated garage. They should have read at least 33 PSI. I inflated my tires to 33 PSI ..... which is what they should be ..... in my heated garage (62 degrees F) reset the TPMS and the light went out ..... and stayed out. I then stopped back a Ganley and discussed this with the service writer and suggested that he should look into the accuracy of the mechanics tire pressure gauge ..... he said he would More
