When our local dealers were vague and non-transparent about our the lease information on a 2019 Passport (residual, money factor, cost cap reduction, total due at signing, etc.), I turned to other dealer about our the lease information on a 2019 Passport (residual, money factor, cost cap reduction, total due at signing, etc.), I turned to other dealers a little further away, and that’s how we met Tiffany at Ganley Honda in North Olmsted. Tiffany provided us with the numbers we requested and we drove up from our home in Canton and picked up our Passport the next day. Customer service and transparency go a long way! Tiffany has a new customer! Tim in Finance had our forms ready and the process was seamless. I can’t say enough about how well we were cared for. More

New Honda Lease Andrew Webber, Kelly Kidd and Bob Hudacek were a pleasure to work with. I was scheduled to pick up a new car at Volkswagen but was uncomfortable with Andrew Webber, Kelly Kidd and Bob Hudacek were a pleasure to work with. I was scheduled to pick up a new car at Volkswagen but was uncomfortable with some things so drove over to Ganley Honda for a moment. I told him what I was unhappy with at Volkswagen, he asked me what I wanted , took the info to Bob and offered me something much better. They were accommodating, professional and non-pushy. I will recommend this dealership and Andrew, Kelly and Bob to my friends and family. I referred at least 3 I do business with to Volkswagen in the past that will be referred to Ganley Honda moving forward. Thank you for making it less stressful car shopping right before Christmas. Not impressed First time buying a Honda at Ganley instead of Sunnyside. Not impressed. Tried to sell me a new car that was damaged. Very insulted. Waited a day and First time buying a Honda at Ganley instead of Sunnyside. Not impressed. Tried to sell me a new car that was damaged. Very insulted. Waited a day and got a different one but was rushed. Never ended up going over the car details and gadgets. You are asking me to rate people who I never met. Especially after trying to sell me a scratch and dent they knew I didn’t accept it and nobody ever talked to me or emailed knowing I was not happy. Felt like they put Dennis on the spot by trying to pass the car off to me damaged on the outside and the inside. More

With a couple of calls to have work authorized above the standard oil change, I was com Got in with the online schedule and left the car for the day. With a couple of calls to have work authorized above the standard oil change, I was completed by the end of day. There ended up to be flushing fluids, new tires and alignment. What a difference. Never realized the ride was not up to expectations until you have it all done. I was also able to take advantage of coupons and factory incentives for the tires. Saved another $50. More
