Hazmo was helpful, patient and effective. I was happy to get the car that I wanted transferred from another dealer to Ganley. My only issue is that there is a hole drilled into the fro t bumper of the car, get the car that I wanted transferred from another dealer to Ganley. I originally went to a different honda dealership and long story short I ended up having a really long unpleasant experience. Someone suggested I come here and see what they were able to do. Not only were they able to help in a fraction of the time as the other place they were able to get us into the vehicle we loved at a really good price; they also did all of this with much more professionalism and care. It was a very pleasant experience and I would be confident sending others here. I definitely want to thank Tiffany and Mike for working with us and getting our family into a vehicle we can trust and rely on. I'm sure I will be back to do more business when this lease is up. I do love this dealership. Brought my Civic in to have the tires checked (slow leaks), and I can always count on consistent service. I have a free coffee beverage, they have Wifi, and before I know it, they come in to discuss what they've found (and what it's going to cost me). Give the OK, and pretty soon I'm on my way, confident that the issue was resolved, and done correctly. And my car has been run through the car wash!! More
