Whenever I take my Honda in for service, the employees at the desk and the person who greets me at my car are very friendly and courteous. I always have a clear idea of what will be done and a time frame. the desk and the person who greets me at my car are very friendly and courteous. I had to get my windshield replaced and was having issues with a shop who was supposed to do the work. I called the dealership for clarification on the issue, and Chuck was so friendly and efficient. He ended up getting me an appointment the next day for a cheaper cost and set me up with a loaner. I was in such a bind and he was amazing. Top notch service all around from the Ken Ganley team. More
I bought my 2024 Honda Odyssey from them about 8 months ago. I figured I would bring my car to the same dealership I bought it when it had a service issue. My experience was that the service rep I worked w ago. I figured I would bring my car to the same dealership I bought it when it had a service issue. My experience was that the service rep I worked with seemed like she did not care about my problem, was generally unresponsive, and unhelpful. When I had questions about the service done to the car, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. When my service rep was unavailable, I tried to call the service manager but it kept going to voicemail and I never was called back. If you need your Honda serviced for any reason, I would recommend going to a different dealership. More

Until recently, we’ve had nothing but nice things to say about Ganley Honda in North Olmsted. Unfortunately, our recent service appointments have changed our point of view. Our car went in for routine ser about Ganley Honda in North Olmsted. Unfortunately, our recent service appointments have changed our point of view. Our car went in for routine service, where they serviced and lubricated the brakes on our 2016 CRV. After the work was completed and driving less than a 1/2 mile out of the service bay the car started making noise when braking. When we called, we had to wait a week for them to squeeze us back into their schedule. They said the calipers had seized and that we needed new ones. We explained that they just lubricated them, so they must have serviced them incorrectly. They replied, that "Calipers can seize at time, it’s not our fault”. After some discussion, they said that would research it further and call us on the following Monday. It’s currently Friday, 4 days after they said they would call, and we haven’t heard from them. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that they were lying, because calipers don’t seize just after being lubricated unless they serviced them incorrectly. Since they failed to take responsibility and failed to follow up with us, we will never buy another vehicle from them again. We also won’t service any of our vehicles at their location ever again. We would like to think that they wouldn’t have damaged our brakes on purpose, but their behavior makes us wonder. More
When they didn’t have the vehicle on the lot we wanted, we got swayed to purchase a hybrid. Was not informed that Ohio charges an additional $100 a year to own one. I should’ve done my research too but that is something dealerships should tell their customers! Ohio charges $100 for hybrid, $150 for plug in hybrid and $200 for all electric plug in vehicles. So much for a savings. Screw global warming. Tax man gonna get his money! What a joke! More
I was very pleased with the service I have always received. They went over and above my expectations. Especially with the loaner car.
