Had problems with screen on radio not connecting properly. Took it in to be looked at and they could not identify the problem. Did a full reset on my car and ended up messing something up where my r properly. Took it in to be looked at and they could not identify the problem. When I tried calling back to inform them of this, no one took my call and was never called back. More

Usually good. Last time, they changed my oil incorrectly. I asked specifically for a "Full Synthetic" oil change, and they gave me a partial change.
