Paul Asano really helped me out. He and the whole team were so courteous and accommodating. My car broke down while I was visiting Cleveland, and I just happened to be passing thro He and the whole team were so courteous and accommodating. My car broke down while I was visiting Cleveland, and I just happened to be passing through the area on my way home when I desperately needed repairs. I was lucky that I was near Ken Ganley Ford, and that Paul was working that day. He was so kind, and he was able to accommodate me, get the issue assessed, and have the repair completed. I was back on the road headed home in just a few hours. If I lived closer, I would definately use Ken Ganley for all my regular maintenance needs. Thanks again to Paul and the whole team! More

I don’t think the service center took the vehicle for a test drive. They said they couldn’t hear the issue I described and they didn’t find anything wrong.
