Very BAD Simple oil change...got home oil found oil all over the driveway that was dripping off the skid plate that I had to clean up myself....oil on mat beca Simple oil change...got home oil found oil all over the driveway that was dripping off the skid plate that I had to clean up myself....oil on mat because no paper was put down...still smell oil burning after I took it back to be dealt with...when I called to talk to the service manager he was on another line was getting email responses from Jessica Surso who was supposed to talk to the service manager and call me to get to the bottom of what happened....that was a week ago Thursday but still no call....I'm in the market for a new dealer More

recall on ford fusion when I called for appointment they told me approximate 1 hour for diagnose or if a problem I could come back and they must have taken car immediately when I called for appointment they told me approximate 1 hour for diagnose or if a problem I could come back and they must have taken car immediately as I hadn't finished my coffee and Ashley appeared and said car was available!! cant beat the service!!!
