I normally go to Bob Gillingham Ford… Decided on Ganley Ford West for my oil change/Works package… Took 2 1/2 hours to complete…not good…will go back to Gillingham next time…At the two hour mark, my vehicl Ford West for my oil change/Works package… Took 2 1/2 hours to complete…not good…will go back to Gillingham next time…At the two hour mark, my vehicle was still up on the rack… I bypassed the free car wash because it took so long…never again👎👎 More

Dropped off my car and was first in line to get service. Service man Dave checked me in and it took all day to have my car ready . Dave explained to me that he was a technician short. I was impressed with the care and time taken in checking out all the concerns I had with my car. Every issue was checked out thoroughly for me.
