Timely and efficient Nick and his crew were able to get me in and out within an hour. A recall on my Fusion was the reason for the visit, and I had my three young children Nick and his crew were able to get me in and out within an hour. Went in for an oil change. From the service writers to the time it took to complete the task was great. The only thing I think some one missed was my rotation of the tires. I used my Ford Pass credit to p the time it took to complete the task was great. The only thing I think some one missed was my rotation of the tires. I used my Ford Pass credit to pay for it. The rotation was suppose to been included in the price. Maybe just an over site. I still need my tires rotated tbuogh. More
Poor Experience I have bought two new Fords from Ganley, I brought my 2014 Ford Fiesta in for repair, actually I had it towed in, February 2020. I told them in stal I have bought two new Fords from Ganley, I brought my 2014 Ford Fiesta in for repair, actually I had it towed in, February 2020. I told them in stalled on me and I could not get it started and that they engine light came on. I also told them that I heard knocking coming from the fan. They called me and told me that the problem was the water pump and that the fan, needed to be replaced. They charged me 1,000 and on my way home it started stalling again. I got it home and called them and they told me to have it towed back in to them. I told them I wasnt paying for it and they said they would take care of it. They called me back about four hours later and told me it was the engine and that it would cost 7,200.00. I went up there and told them do not do anymore repairs. I took the car home, I went ahead and leased a vehicle, because I was desperate. I think they charged to too much, I am paying 345.00 to Ford credit, was supposed to 36 months and when I looked at my paperwork it was 39 months, which was not supposed to be. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, my car only had 46,000 miles and was paid for. I spent 1,000 for repairs that should not have been because it was the engine. I was not compensated for that. Staff was nice, but not very professional More
