DEALER MADE A GREAT EFFORT I am very happy with the Conditions in which Ganley Ford returned my car to me. They kept the car for 4 days to service the SYNC system in my Ford Es I am very happy with the Conditions in which Ganley Ford returned my car to me. They kept the car for 4 days to service the SYNC system in my Ford Escape which I have had many problems with thus far. Not sure if the issue is resolved yet as I have only had the car back for 1 day. However, I would most definitely recommend Ganley Ford for service. Though they were keeping my car to service SYNC when my car was returned to me it was clean and had a full tank of Gas. I could tell that they had also cleaned the inside of my car as well. I really appreciate all the fact that you took the time to show you cared about your customer and your presentation to your customer. Ganley Ford is only the dealer not the make of SYNC. Though they took the time to service SYNC and I appreciate it. If I have any more problems with SYNC I will definitely reach out to FORD CORPORATE since this is their product not Ganley's.. As for service from Ganley Ford, I did absolutley receive good service. Thank you More

I have been going here since I bought my car from them in Aug 2013 Services are always ex On 11/12/19 I had my car in for its 40,000 mile check up. I have been going here since I bought my car from them in Aug 2013 Services are always excellent and staff very attentive and clear about what needs to be done. Never had any problems. This visit was the same as to services. But during this visit the person who I was dealing with advised me that I needed 3 new tires (had got one new tire a couple of years back) She suggested I sign up for Ford credit card and would get a refund of $70.00 on the tires, plus other refunds . So right there and then I completed the application for the credit card and was approved. At the end of my visit she gave me the refund information to apply. But when i applied I was informed that I did not qualify as I only bought 3 tires not 4. The problem for me is that I would have shopped around as to price of tires before making a decision to go ahead with new tires if I had known I would not get the $70.00 refund. So not happy about this. More
