Worst visit ever. Appointment for Class Action Suit to upgrade MyFord Touch software. Waited 2 hours to be told that they were unable to download the program from Ford. Left and found that my navigation w upgrade MyFord Touch software. Waited 2 hours to be told that they were unable to download the program from Ford. Left and found that my navigation was not working (no screen). Turned around, returned and after a few minutes was told that all screens were working properly. Sat in car with the service manager and he told me that my car did not have navigation. I must have mixed it up with my Mustang. Now that I could not believe. I purchased this vehicle from your dealership new and for 5 years my car had navigation. After waiting another 30 minutes I was told they had it working again. Still no Sync update. Four hours of my life, for nothing. More
