Took my car in for liftgate problems. They fixed the liftgate and then I found new liftgate problems. They said i needed more parts, ordered, they installed the parts. Didn't fix the problem. They couldn't figure out what the problem was so they just told me they're never really was a problem. Of They're was no problem then why the new parts?! I am disappointed that after "fixing" my liftgate they didn't ensure it functioned properly. I didn't think I had to tell them to make sure the part they were working on functioned correctly before completion. More
I'm from out of state and had issues with my car. They were willing to look at it that day and fix it. They were polite and helpful. Communication is lacking. I used them a couple years ago for recalls on some of my fleet vehicles and they were great. This time was not as good. They seemed completely unfamiliar with the recalls on my vehicles. First one was a quick easy one and if they’d indicated it would be as quick as it was I’d have saved some time shuttling the next vehicle with another driver. The next vehicle was kept for days with no updates. I had to call and there had been no indication of the potential time frame. No update that they’d completed the first step and were waiting for parts despite me indicating these vehicles were needed for use by me fairly often. I called and said I couldn’t wait, she said that she’d call when the part came in as it was supposed to be in in a few days. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything from them. I imagine they’re dealing with the same supply and shortage issues everyone is, but just give me a phone call to say that. More
