Set appoint for 9am, kept my car the entire day and observed them getting to my car at 4pm with a quick look and “he’s been working on it and we don’t have an answer for you, will need another day”. You guys were 3 guys short that day. The manager took a guy off a job to get me in and out. I was there only for a half hour. The driver from Kufner knew exactly what was wrong with my car..
