I went in for a routine oil change. I also asked them to look at my driver's door because it feels like it's sticking but I was told that they don't have anybody on duty on Saturday that could look at that look at my driver's door because it feels like it's sticking but I was told that they don't have anybody on duty on Saturday that could look at that to fix it so the only lube the door. When I got home it's still doing the same thing so I'll have to address that at another time. It's not always convenient for me to do a service appointment during the week. More

I was there almost 4hrs and never saw anyone clean or sanitize anything. The Service Dept. I didn't wait to see if they sanitized my vehicle. But the waiting room had customers in and out and no one was sanitize anything. The Service Dept. I didn't wait to see if they sanitized my vehicle. But the waiting room had customers in and out and no one was there to clean between customers. Sad! Today Ganley West failed the Customer. Still love the service but. Covid-19 is still real. More
