I know the service manager and I trust him completely with my car. He tells me what on my car needs fixing and what I can wait to fix. Other places try to take me for huge amounts of money all at once and sometimes tell me to fix things that aren't a pressing issue. This dealership is of extremely low quality with horrible customer service. They “say” they will call you when your car service is completed, but they never called me. I had to call several times just to fi customer service. They “say” they will call you when your car service is completed, but they never called me. I had to call several times just to find out my car had been ready for hours. When I checked the work they performed, they installed the wrong bedliner altogether. They had to keep the car longer to correct their mistake, and did not call me the second time around either when my car was finished. If I didn’t call myself, the service department would have closed and I would have been without my car until the next day. More
