Called ahead of time to coordinate service of my F-150 before going out of time. Dropped it off on Friday, promised to be ready by Tuesday. The truck wasn’t ready until Friday. There was NO proactive communication to keep me informed, I had to do all follow-up. This was a horrible experience and unfortunately not the only horrible experience I’ve had with Ganley Ford West.
