Always have come back. .we bought our 2 cars here. Always great service people & techs give great explanations too. We had both cars in for alignments & the works oilchange .we bought our 2 cars here. Always great service people & techs give great explanations too. We had both cars in for alignments & the works oilchange pkg too..one car also needed front breaks & so those were done on their recommendation as well. Both cars now 9+ years old. Love our Mustang & our Cmax Hybrid!! More

I had a warranty replacement that was supposed to take 2 hours. After 2 hours, I received no communication from the dealership. After 2.5 hours, I called and was told someone would call me right back. After hours. After 2 hours, I received no communication from the dealership. After 2.5 hours, I called and was told someone would call me right back. After 3 hours, no one had called me back so I showed up to the service desk. After 3.5 hours, I was brought into the service managers office and told there were $1,300 worth of repairs I should get done right now. When I declined, they assured me my vehicle would be right out "any minute". 4 hours after I dropped off my car, I finally got my keys and car back and was able to leave. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, but the lack of communication and having to wait twice as long as originally planned made this a very frustrating visit. More
