Hello Ken Ganley Ford West. Checking my call log and it shows a missed call from the 216-941-9800 number at 1:03pm on 6/12, but no message was left. My time has been lost, communications were dropped, confusion upon pickup with more than $120 higher costs than told on the phone when called for pickup, and we paid for the final bill. What more can your service manager do now? The damage (lost time, confusion, 3 trips, etc.) and expenditures are done.
