The service was excellent. We had car trouble on highway, traveling between Michigan and Maine. C'ontae Prescott was wonderful. We were back on the road in 3 hours. 3 times for same problem. 3 days car in shop on the third visit for same problem. Promised call not received because service staff person went home early. At arrival to finall 3 days car in shop on the third visit for same problem. Promised call not received because service staff person went home early. At arrival to finally get the car, $120 higher price than quoted and confusion as to how they got there. Pleasant people, but disjointed and confusing, and dropped communications. Definitely drop down in service from prior years. I live five minutes away but feel forced to look elsewhere. More
