The service gentleman we had was the best we have experienced in many years, he is the reason we will continue to keep our Fords as we were ready to go to a competitor for the awful service we received in Brunswick. We have already scheduled another service appointment for our other vehicle. He truly saved Ford from losing our families business of over 70 plus years . More
