Carley and service team top notch excellent. I was working with another dealership and with no return call after calling every othe day for 2 weeks I reached out to ganley west. They were great. Had to have a transmission wiring harness replaced and they had it fixed in a day. They took photos and did great documentation for insurance purpose Had to have a transmission wiring harness replaced and they had it fixed in a day. They took photos and did great documentation for insurance purposes. The service rep I worked with was Ken. While I don't want to dock them a score I was slightly disappointed they did have a loaner vehicle, but they do offer a shuttle service. More
