Had problems with screen on radio not connecting properly. Took it in to be looked at and they could not identify the problem. The dealership was great CJ, the sales person was great but Carlyle in service was HORRIBLE to deal with...I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero and leave a review. I left at least 10 messages with no response until I personally went into dealership and talked to General Manager, who was also great. When I was given a loaner vehicle you would think it was hers personally with the hate. I showed up for a scheduled appointment and sent away because Carlyle would not let me have a loaner. I purchased a Brand New, 68K vehicle that had electrical problems and Carlyle was more inconvenienced then me. The General Manager who was fabulous to work with, took a Brand New car off the dealer lot and gave it to me to drive while my car was serviced...Carlyle was extremely upset that I went over her head to the GM More
