I went to check on purchasing a new vehicle under a friend's Ford Plan. Had never been to Ganley Ford West. From the minute that I walked in the sales staff and office manager treated me like a custome friend's Ford Plan. Had never been to Ganley Ford West. From the minute that I walked in the sales staff and office manager treated me like a customer, not like a warm body that came through the door. I have had that experience in the past. Shirley, the office manager, was exceptional in assisting me. She introduced me to Heather Mancini. Heather did a very professional job of assisting me, not attempting to force my decision on buying one particular vehicle. I ended up purchasing a used vehicle that I am extremely happy with due to Heather's professionalism and personality. I also was impressed that the general sales manager came out to talk with me, as a person, while I was changing over to my new vehicle from the trade-in. Overall I would highly recommend Ganley Ford West to any of my friends looking for a vehicle. I will certainly recommend Heather as their sales consultant. More
TOM TERBRACK made sure i got the car i wanted. and gave me what i believe was a great deal. he left no detail unattended. I thank you for your time and effort put in for this deal appreciate the effort and help also put forth too see if my sister was able too do something but under the circumstance and cost involved too her we were unable too help too much owed on a older vehicles with too many miles (and also thank you roger ) Thanks again and in closing I do like the ford Edge(2014) ever since my youngest daughter shown them too me, roomy(frt and back) and my seats all the way back and tilted handles nice back-up camera is great More

Working with Nate Ford is easy to do. He does not put pressure in shopping and is very courtious and respectful. I would return if I am ever car shopping again. I would have preferred a mid-size or small truck, as my two previous trucks are Rangers (purchased in 1988 and 94 respectively - and are both still in working condition), but I just couldn't wait any longe two previous trucks are Rangers (purchased in 1988 and 94 respectively - and are both still in working condition), but I just couldn't wait any longer and my choices were limited to ANY vehicle manufacturer who is ONLY looking to increase profits and fitting customer satisfaction within those limits. Not that it would make a significant change one way or another, but I chose to stick with brand loyalty because of the quality of my previous trucks. This truck is HUGE though, and will take some time getting used to it to the point of where I'm not afraid of banging mirrors with an equal sized truck going the other way on a narrow road, and/or parking in a space Within those limited parameters, my purchasing experience was terrific. Nate Ford is a courteous and respectful salesman who didn't make any assumptions as to what he thought I might want. He answered all my questions and was the type of person I appreciate - straight up. He's the type of person who I would like as a friend, and I appreciated being able to work with him. As for the vehicle purchasing process itself, I hate it. You NEVER seem to find out the total purchase price, including all the warrantees and other add ons until the end. Why not try being like Nate and be straight up and SPELL IT OUT. Now why do I have to log in to a DealerRater account? Are you trying to sour my experience with my new truck? More
