While they made the necessary repairs, one of the service people quoted me 350 dollar for my exhaust but it wasn’t even looked at yet. The exhaust system was repaired by a sub contractor who only charged 120 people quoted me 350 dollar for my exhaust but it wasn’t even looked at yet. The exhaust system was repaired by a sub contractor who only charged 120. My car wasn’t even taken to the sub contractor till the day after I took it in for service so how did he know how much it was going to cost the day I had it in for service. And almost 600 dollars for labor on parts that cost a little over 150??? I will never have my car serviced there again and to be honest I probably won’t buy my next car there either. More

I have had great results from my interactions with the people of this dealership. This is the second Ford Fusion Hybrid I have leased from Ganley West, and the sales and service have both been superb. I people of this dealership. I am only sorry that my dealing with Ganley West will apparently end a year and a half from now due to Ford's inexplicable stoppage of the manufacturing of the Ford Fusion.
