I took my 1999 Escort in for an oil change last week and Jennifer in service called me before they did the oil change to let me know that there were some problems with the car. My husband and I came back to Jennifer in service called me before they did the oil change to let me know that there were some problems with the car. My husband and I came back to the dealer to look at the car and consult with Jennifer about what could/should be done and we decided that the car wasn't worth putting money into at this point. We then went to the show room and met with Mike Hamilton told him what we thought we wanted, he showed us the Focus hatchback. We requested a white one and within two days we received a call, came in test drove it, met with Nate Ford and signed the papers that night. We will pick it up on March 22, my daughter is away at college and we want her to be with us when we pick it up. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Ganley is my favorite dealership in service and sales. More
