NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went here because they had the truck I was interested in on the lot, in fact it was in the showroom. I made an appointment for 3pm and I arrived at I went here because they had the truck I was interested in on the lot, in fact it was in the showroom. I made an appointment for 3pm and I arrived at 3:05pm. Even though I had an appointment, I had financing, and the only thing to do was negotiate a price, I didn't leave the dealership until almost 9pm. Then, by the time the truck was done in prep and I was taking delivery, it became clear that none of the steering wheel controls worked. This of course meant that I had to bring the truck back and that led to bringing it back again because the module was no good and one needed to be ordered. In addition, part of my sales deal was that I was to be extended a 10% discount on an accessory purchase. However, I was never extended that 10% and I came to learn from the parts guys while waiting for service to be completed that anyone who buys a vehicle automatically gets a 10% discount, which meant I was totally deceived. Then, I was contacted by my sales lady and she told me that I was being sent a gas card for all of my inconvenience. At that point, I asked how I can shut off (permanently) the auto start/stop feature which I never knew about or was told about. Her first response was to copy the owners manual and send it to me, which was the exact opposite of what I requested. Well, after two weeks of waiting, I let it be known that I did not get the gas card and I was not given the information that I asked for, which finally pushed me to say that I was not happy and will not ever buy from Ganley or this sales lady again. Apparently, this must've lowered the service level even further because it's been almost 3 months and I still have not received the gas card (I assume I never will), and the only info on the auto start/stop that I was given was "I can only tell you what the mfg allows us to as a dealership". Thus, I'm stuck with this stupid and annoying auto start/stop which I didn't even know was on the truck. Bottom line....out of all the vehicle that I have bought over the years, I've never had such a bad experience. Unfortunately, I still have to go to this place because I bought the service package, but so far the service dept has been pretty good. I truly hope nobody else has to experience this type of garbage. As for me, this was enough to convince me to never buy here again. Last, I assume the dealership will read this and may consider contacting me. I would advise against it. You will not like the response that you will get from me. More

2 cars for the price of 1 I had a 2014 Jeep Cherokee & was short a car in the family- I knew it was going to be a job getting 2 car loans in my name with an average credit scor I had a 2014 Jeep Cherokee & was short a car in the family- I knew it was going to be a job getting 2 car loans in my name with an average credit score, but Ganley West made it happen and I got 2 cars for almost the price of 1 1/2 cars. I traded in my jeep in for an AWD 2015 ford Escape SE & 2011 XLT ford Escape. They worked with me to be in my budget with zero money down. So without a doubt great customer service- We did half of the process via phone as I work full time as a nurse and don't have the time to sit at a dealer all day. The plus is also that they were open on Sunday so I could do everything on my day off.
