Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I ordered a part for my truck a week in advance, and showed up for my early appointment just to find out they didn't have the part my car needed. They I ordered a part for my truck a week in advance, and showed up for my early appointment just to find out they didn't have the part my car needed. They said they had put it in someone else's car. I had to reschedule my appointment for the next week. Another instance I ordered and paid for a part and the installation on their website. I showed up and was told the prices were incorrect and were actually higher. The third and final time I went to the dealer they found 2 oil leaks on the rear axle and on the transmission. They told me they didn't have the necessary parts in stock. They said they would order it. Two weeks went by, and I called back. They assured me they would call back the following week. A month has now gone by, and I still have not received a call. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They truly have the worst customer service I have encountered. Their managers, service department, and receptionists do not know how to follow through or be professional. More

Recent New Lease of Ford Fusion Came in to explore options associated with turning in a prior lease deal. Had not made a decision whether to stay with Ganley or to lease another For Came in to explore options associated with turning in a prior lease deal. After reviewing with Bob and the sales manager they worked on a deal that made sense for me leasing a new Fusion, plus we completed the transaction in one afternoon and I drove away extremely pleased in my new car. Worth the wait! This was our first experience with Ford. Everyone we encountered (and more behind the scenes) worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and nee This was our first experience with Ford. Everyone we encountered (and more behind the scenes) worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. It took awhile, but they were able to get us a great deal with Ford Financing and lowered our payments from what we originally thought they would be. They made sure all the t's were crossed and i's dotted and while that may have taken awhile to finalize, they did a great job keeping us entertained, walked us through all the bells and whistles on our new car and made sure that when we did leave, we were confident in our deal, confident in our new car and confident we made the right choice not only in the dealership, but in every decision we made. We've had our new car for a few days now and are loving every second of it. More

Best Customer Service in Town Rob Yingling was our Sales Representative. With only a few weeks on the job, He was very knowledgeable with the Ford line and the competition. My husband and I came to the dealership an hour before closing with specific needs and a trade vehicle. My husband is a tough sell. Rob and the rest of the team stayed a a bit late and sold us the car of my dreams. We had been to two other dealerships before meeting with Rob.
