This has been the most positive dealership experience I have ever had. I never once felt like I was just a sale waiting to happen. I didn't like the cleanest , and even with appointment i had to wait 2 hours and 30 min. The car has some dirt in the car . I took my 1999 Escort in for an oil change last week and Jennifer in service called me before they did the oil change to let me know that there were some problems with the car. My husband and I came back to Jennifer in service called me before they did the oil change to let me know that there were some problems with the car. My husband and I came back to the dealer to look at the car and consult with Jennifer about what could/should be done and we decided that the car wasn't worth putting money into at this point. We then went to the show room and met with Mike Hamilton told him what we thought we wanted, he showed us the Focus hatchback. We requested a white one and within two days we received a call, came in test drove it, met with Nate Ford and signed the papers that night. We will pick it up on March 22, my daughter is away at college and we want her to be with us when we pick it up. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Ganley is my favorite dealership in service and sales. More
First I would like to say that Nate "the Great" Ford was truly just that.!! Having been a true Chevrolet man in the past, I have now bought two new Fords and this most recent purchase of a Used R Ford was truly just that.!! I went to check on purchasing a new vehicle under a friend's Ford Plan. Had never been to Ganley Ford West. From the minute that I walked in the sales staff and office manager treated me like a custome friend's Ford Plan. Had never been to Ganley Ford West. From the minute that I walked in the sales staff and office manager treated me like a customer, not like a warm body that came through the door. I have had that experience in the past. Shirley, the office manager, was exceptional in assisting me. She introduced me to Heather Mancini. Heather did a very professional job of assisting me, not attempting to force my decision on buying one particular vehicle. I ended up purchasing a used vehicle that I am extremely happy with due to Heather's professionalism and personality. I also was impressed that the general sales manager came out to talk with me, as a person, while I was changing over to my new vehicle from the trade-in. Overall I would highly recommend Ganley Ford West to any of my friends looking for a vehicle. I will certainly recommend Heather as their sales consultant. More
