I was there almost 4hrs and never saw anyone clean or sanitize anything. The Service Dept. I didn't wait to see if they sanitized my vehicle. But the waiting room had customers in and out and no one was sanitize anything. The Service Dept. I didn't wait to see if they sanitized my vehicle. Well I have the car for 4 miles and I had trouble Well I have the car for 4 miles and I had trouble starting it. When I finally got the car started I got error message lights of check engine track o Well I have the car for 4 miles and I had trouble starting it. When I finally got the car started I got error message lights of check engine track off and VSC lights . Take the car back to Ganley Ford they kept it for over a week before they got back to me about it . I returned the loaner car that they gave me. they give me the keys and didn't tell me anything they did it to the car. When I went out to the car to get into it and noticed that there was scratches and stuff on the front end as if the car hit. I went back in to the dealership and was told they didn't do anything to the car. So because of this experience I would not be recommending Ganley Ford West as a dealership that I would use again .
