I saw a ford explorer on the website and decided to look at it. When my wife and I walked on the lot we were met by George, no complaint there he was helpful. we drove the truck and decided to go for it.... at it. When my wife and I walked on the lot we were met by George, no complaint there he was helpful. we drove the truck and decided to go for it.... let me say this, I know my credit isnt great but the area of the dealer is not a rich area. I gave my infoe and within 5 minutes had a no go unless I put 3000 down... thats just under half btw... never even tried to get finance just no based on score. Sorry for being not good enough for your elite dealership but I did get a car.. at Serpentini... same score.. better dealer and no where near the down payment. So much for trying to purchase locally... Need a car?... stay clear and head to strongsville to Serpentini... More
We made an appointment to look at a specific car. Rick, the salesman that we were supposed to see wasn't there and apparently told no one about the appointment (even though my name was written on the "toda the salesman that we were supposed to see wasn't there and apparently told no one about the appointment (even though my name was written on the "today's appointments" board). The car we wanted was NOT on the lot - another salesman had been driving it to and from work (adding an extra 1,000+ miles) and was interested in buying the car himself. We waited an hour for the car to return with NO apologizes, only to find the car on E for the test drive. In addition, the waiting area that was “stocked with popcorn and water” - wasn't! I changed the water jug and there was a handful of popcorn at best. Passenger side visor was missing, personal effects in the car. After the test drive, I was ready to bargain. I stated my number, only to have the salesman return with NO counter offer. Hello! They didn't want to sell the car – they were saving for the salesguy! I would never return and the dealership or recommend anyone to go there. What a waste of time! More

But, the maj I bought a new 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 in november of 2007. i have had multiple problems with it. so many, it would take pages to explain. But, the major ones being; 2 blowouts in less than 15000 miles, and the bed liner flew out of the truck at 21000 miles. The loose bedliner flapped in the wind enough, that it scratched the bed rail of my truck, horribly. Ganley ford and the ford motor company have both denied any fault in the matter, and furthermore, has accused me of removeing the bed liner for a new paint job. They have had the truck fo 2 weeks. nothing done. I have contacted the general manager 3 times. no return call. every information i have obtained has been through me calling them. they have not called once until they decided they would not fix it. they told me i could buy some paint and fix it myself. this truck is still under a 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. they are very unprofessional, and i am tired of it. consumer protection is handling the caes now. I sincerely hope anyone who reads this will take heed to what i'm saying. More
